What is a Jigsaw Club?

     Like a CD or book club, The Jigsaw Club delivers a product to
your home on a monthly basis.

 

Do I have to remember to mail forms back to you before they
become overdue?

     No; unlike Cd and book clubs, you never have to return a form
in order to beat a deadline. The only time you mail us anything is 
when you choose to place an order by mail.

 

Is there a fee, or any monthly bills?

     No extra fees, and the subscription price INCLUDES shipping
and handling

 

How does a subscription benefit me?

     You no longer have to hunt through catalogs or piles of boxes
to try to locate the kind of puzzles you enjoy. With a subscription 
you choose the duration of your subscription; you will then receive 
a puzzle every month, in the category of your choice, for as long as 
you like, automatically.

 

Do I have to join a club to buy puzzles from you?

     No, not at all, that's why we have a catalog. Our online catalog is for people who 
prefer to purchase one or two puzzles at their convenience. You 
can buy a puzzle whenever you like without any obligations to 
buy more in the future.

 

How does a subscription work?

     You decide if you would like to receive a puzzle each month 
for either 3, 6, or 12 months. Pick out your category. You can pay by credit card or paypal. If you prefer to pay by mail, simply print out the page you're on, circle the item(s) you're interested in, and  mail it along with your payment to The Jigsaw Club, we'll do the rest. It's just that easy!

 

Can I cancel my subscription once it begins?

     Obviously we hope that you never want to cancel a subscription. 
If you do decide that you no longer wish to receive our puzzles by 
mail, simply send us a letter or e-mail stating your request and we'll 
promptly refund the unused portion of your subscription, no
questions asked.

 

What if my puzzle is missing a piece?

     It would be unusual to find an incomplete puzzle because all of 
our puzzles are factory sealed, and every manufacturer we order
from has an exceptional quality control program in place. We do 
however, back all of our products with a full money back guarantee.
If you have any problems at all, just return the puzzle to us (so we 
can be reimbursed) and we will send you a replacement or a refund
(for unopened boxes) immediately. Remember, we want to keep 
you a happy customer for years to come.

 

How do you ship puzzles to my house, is it expensive?

     Naturally it always costs more than we would like it to. We ship 
the majority of our puzzles via the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders 
are sent 'Priority Mail' while others must ship 'parcel post'. We also 
use Federal Express and UPS for unusual size boxes. Whichever 
method is used the guarantee is the same, all puzzles must arrive 
at your door undamaged.

 

Is their a way to trade my old puzzles?

     Not yet, but soon!
